The Trap

Before starting i just want to clarify something.
1-Some members here refuse what i say because they see that Branca is a nice guy and he is there to help Michael, and that Michael invited him in June.
2-Some members here refuse what i say because i use the word kidnap, as if am saying that Michael is a kid or a naive person and that he is not strong, claiming that i am implying that he is weak.
3-Some members here refuse what i say because Michael's kids would be in danger if he is and they are clearly not.

My answer to the following is this:
1-Branca is not a nice guy, and he has never been in contact with Michael except on June 17th which is 8 days before the 25th, where we were told that he met Michael. How would we know that maybe he met with Tohme and not Michael, and since they are both in the same place then that would make sense?
2-The word kidnap means that someone is taken against his will, and it's not a children word or woman world it could happen to anyone no matter what. I didn't say that he was picked up while he was walking in the streets. He was knocked out by propofol, drugged and was taken away, i think that when they outnumber you and trap you, there is nothing you can do when you're alone. (Before attacking me please read till the end and you will know how it happened and what i mean)
3-Who told you that the kids are not in danger, they are in danger and they are under the microscope that's why they are exposed in such a way, to the extent that there is a website only for them, you would think that Michael would agree with that and would approve that!!, this is how they are pushing Michael to do what they want his kids.

The following paragraphs i will explain how this has happened according to the events.

Their plan was to put Michael in a trap so they could have full control over him. They started by ruining his finances and telling the world that he is broke and that he is living on loans, a.k.a he went crazy and can't control his spending anymore. This is why sony came into the picture and Tohme came as well, after only 2months from hiring him Michael stated that he is afraid from him and told his advisor if anything happened to him that she should present the tape, which implies the DANGER factor that everyone here denies. 

Here is the trap and for a trap, it needs both side and that’s what they did.

Side 1: Tohme came along and signed the deal with AEG for the concerts and Michael didn't know anything about it until he was faced with this, he said million times that he wouldn't tour again and he wanted to do only one show to be showed around the world and that's it, he even said this to AEG. He never wanted to do these shows in the first place, he missed the 1st two conference dates on purpose, he went late to the third and was extremely angry and that’s obvious, he gave a 2 min speech and left. He didn’t go to the rehearsals regularly, it’s like he doesn’t want to be there, and even in the movie he seemed sad.
They knew that these concerts weren’t going to happen, not because Michael ran away or anything, they knew because they would make sure that he was not going to be there to do them in the first place and that’s why they videotaped it with a HD camera, you and extra something to cash on wouldn’t hurt.
Look at the contract again, Tohme is stated as an attorney while his not, Michael’s signatures at the end aren’t the same, and there is a condition there where they have all his assets as a collateral If he didn’t do his side of the deal, and don’t tell me this condition is not there because I revised it million times and I took an attorney and he told me it’s there and who in his right mind would sign such a deal.
Why didn’t Michael take this to court since they forged his signature?
The answer is simple and this is side 1 of the trap, he can’t he will lose because Tohme has the authority to represent him given to him by Michael himself and thus he can sign deals and so everything on Michael’s behalf and legally Tohme is Michael, so he will lose the case.
So, Michael said to himself he will do those damn 10 shows and that’s it but he woke up to find them 50. Take into consideration that Michael made Tohme the president of MJJ productions, and thus this contract was mainly signed between AEG and Tohme, not Michael.

Side 2 of the trap is easy, he can’t get out from these concerts legally and if he didn’t do them AEG will sue him and he will loose everything according to the contract, so there he is trapped.

Murray is their man, on the 25th he drugged Michael up with propofol, the paramedics came and described another totally different one than Michael, and everyone ran after this ambulance while they took Michael in another car, it doesn’t have to be an ambulance car and took him to the hospital for the family to see. When the family saw him an alarm started in the hospital and during this chaos they took him in a sheriffs helicopter something that never happened before and bam he is gone.
What proves me, absolutely NO ONE saw Michael entering the hospital or saw him in the ER or nothing, the same at home, NO ONE saw him while he was taken by the paramedics and they were all fired on the spot.
Tohme, Frank Dileo, Randy Phillips were all there.

The family didn’t know on spot only when they had him they knew, because Kathrine at the beginning was trying to say that she’s against the will, Branca, and the addiction lie and all of a sudden she shuts up.

Branca is working in sony’s favor, and suddenly everything after Michael is gone is better and the supermen they are, they saved everything, BS.

Here are some words from people that might give you a better picture,

Can you feel the disbelief tone in these words like she's saying something is wrong, it can't be what they say?

Randy Phillips: “Whatever happened this day is definitely something he didn’t plan”
Coincidence, you guys think that everyone are in the know about the hoax, the family, the dancers, randy, Kenny, Karen, TMZ,,,,,,etc, it’s not possible, it’s just not. Here the plan is conducted by the big guys and them only and they are the ones in the know.

Frank Dileo, Tohme, Randy Philips, John Branca, Thomas Barrack and Jermaine(but i am on the fence with him, there is just something wrong about him)

About Randy's words, they always stuck in my head because i believe he knows something and definitely not the hoax because like i told youwhy would Michael trust him and enclose this info to him, these words can be interpreted one way in my opinion because i can't find another way but this, he knows what happened that day, other wise he wouldn't say is definitely something he didn't plan, you know

The will is fake, because Michael wasn’t even in the same state while this was signed, this is from 2002, and when asked for the updated one they don’t present it, how would a judge allow himself to work with a will like that, Branca who was in the picture for only 8 days before the incident is working with a will that is dated a long time ago, and Michael had another attorney at the time and yet no updated will, and the family is angry not because they are not taking money but because it’s not the right will.

I am done and here are some posts from what I wrote before that would clarify a lot, if you still think that he is responsible for this then it’s up to you but don’t attack me for it. One more thing if you think that sony contract with Michael was due to end in July 2009 and the incident happened on June 2009, and months later sony signed another deal for 7 years is just a coincidence, I don’t know how, but I don’t see that and they wouldn’t loose millions and billions because Michael wouldn’t renew his contract again with them, if he wanted he would have given them the new album, he worked on it and finished in a private studio where no one knew anything about it. Why would they kidnap instead of murder, because they still need him for the unfinished artistic work, they won’t be able to do anything artistically without him especially for those unfinished projects, they will kill him when they no longer want him.

Nothing is coincidence only the illusion of coincidence.

, if i want to escape and hide from enemies how should i do it? a car accident would do, drowning,,,etc, that would make everyone believe that am completely dead including my family, the thing about this case is that he died of drug addiction!! i think that Michael wouldn't do this because he knows quite well what will happen and how the people would treat him since he is a druggie and broken, you know what i mean, plus as i said to some members here the entire family can't be in the know even if he planned it because their reactions won't be normal and everything would be ruined, what happened especially from Kathrine at the beginning when she was raged at the autopsy report and John Branca and was everywhere, all of a sudden she was shut up, as if she surrendered or something, the family to me seems more stressed than sad, if he planned it we would have seen people like Rev.Sharpton and others fighting for justice for Michael, but they are weirdly silent, because you know if he hoaxed his death and planned it to them he is gone and thus they will react upon it, why would he portray himself as a druggie and he knows the hell his children and his name would be in, at first i thought maybe it was a plot to get the bad doctors but then i see nothing going on, nothing to prove this, also why would i use people that i don't trust and are suspicious to have control over his money, people he fired long ago, John Branca, where he would give to his enemies the chance to do what they want, sony.

I am also taking into consideration what RP said, what is his relationship with Michael for him to know that he is escaping as i said only few people would know like the authorities for example for his own safety or no one would know at all, so on what basis did he said this? how would he know that?

I am also taking into consideration that June 25th was a date close to the ending of his contract with sony, coincidence, i don't think so because again i asked a question what made Michael return to the USA although he was living peacefully in Ireland, some say the tour i say again he can do everything in London without the need to come to the USA, so why did he return so i searched and i found that his contract with Sony was gonna end so he came back to finalize his business with them and go back, a proof he rented a house for six months which shows that this is temporarily despite that he has houses and he could sit in it, and this can't be a coincidence, his new album that he worked on finalized and finished, he did so without sony which shows that he wasn't gonna work with them again, will i am said they finished the album, where is sony in all of this.

 

They said : there was something wrong with the house and the patient,,,,,the patient was unresponsive but Dr.Murray came and asked them to work on the patient telling them that this is Michael Jackson, they said that they didn't recognize that this was Michael Jackson for about 10 min or even more until Murray told them so, they described the man they saw as an old frail bold pale man, which of course doesn't fit Michael's description, they also said that Murray went with them in the ambulance car where he instructed them to keep working on him until they reached the hospital which is an unusual procedure, to them these events were strange.

this is a summary of what they had said and i don't believe they are lying they have no reason to, as i believe it doesn't need million people in the know to carry out such plan, based on their testimony they saw another man which is not Michael because the descriptions doesn't fit even with the TII Michael, at the same time his family said they saw him and he was WARM TO TOUCH and LOOKS LIKE HE IS SLEEPING , now connecting these statements together, i got this conclusion.

The ambulance car that drove to the hospital the one that everyone ran after had the paramedics, Murray and the old frail man, that's why no one was able to get close or take a picture and that's why they were hiding the man when they arrived to the hospital, Michael wasn't into that Car, everyone ran after it and at the same time another car be it an ambulance or a regular car drove the real Michael into the hospital of course from another gate (sure they arranged with officials in the hospital) knocked out, and put him in a room, why? for the family to see and witness so that it would make it easier for them to take him with no problems what so ever, Murray's role here ended and that's why he disappeared and ran away after making sure that the family has arrived.

When the family arrived who was there, Frank Dileo, Randy philips and Tohme, they made sure that the family saw Michael to carry on, after the family took their time and everything a fire alarm went off in the hospital and it was cleared and after a few minutes during this chaos we saw the helicopter taking off supposedly heading to the coroner's office and that's how they took him, to me this explains why no official statement to this date from the hospital, NO ONE SAW MICHAEL JACKSON IN THE ER, THEY ONLY HEARD.

As a doctor, a deceased person can't be warm to touch especially after a long period of time has passed away and he wouldn't look like he is sleeping, he would be cold pale and blue color starts to form, it's not a pleasant view, so the only explanation is that they saw a knocked out Michael, what further gives me a proof, is the ambulance photo, his face is frowning, how can a deceased man have expression onto his face? not possible i tried to find photos that could be the original from this was taken from, nothing, photos with close position were found but not with the expression on the face, so what i believe is that this photo is real but the surroundings are photoshopped and this can be done easily, plus if he really has needle marks on his neck it further proves my point.

Another thing is that no one in the house saw Michael being taken by the paramedics so who was taken and where is Michael? this was the question that came to my head and i found my answers when the kidnap plot came to my head by connecting the dots like i explained

 

I would like to say my opinion, if what Rowe says is true that Michael doesn't care about what was going on, i would say if this is true then by 90% will be because he never wanted to that in the first place (the concerts) and am saying this based on what he said before that he hates to tour, and that he wanted to do one show for the world to see and that's it. I read this contract several times and what is so noticeable that Tohme is stated as attorney in the contract, which is not true, and the last page pay attention to the signatures of Michael is so obvious that this contracted was manipulated, Michael's signatures are not the same, there is an obvious fraud, so clear, this contract has a big question mark about it's authenticity, maybe Michael didn't actually know about this contract and was surprised and forced into the situation, what can actually support this is his behavior, he didn't want to do the press conference in the first place and he intentionally missed the first 2 appointments for the conference and he went late intentionally on the 5th of march and it was so obvious that he didn't want to be there.

You will ask me how would he be forced and know that his signature is forged and do nothing about it, why didn't he filed a lawsuit?
the answer is simply this, he can't he will loose the case, because legally Tohme is supposed to be his manager and the one responsible for Michael's work financially and he represents him, so it's normal that he would finalize a deal on behalf of him because legally Tohme is Michael, and that was approved by Michael himself. He would file a suit only if he has something strong against Tohme and as we all know that he is not an easy guy and Michael was afraid of him, who knows what threats this guy put against him.

I know that alot of you would assume that i am crazy and going too far, but to me this is the most logical thing according to the timeline and his behavior which speaks volumes, he wasn't that happy in the TII footage and while i was watching i saw that something was wrong with him, he wasn't happy except at few times and it's not the same, he missed many rehearsals and didn't go, a perfectionist like himself would be there everyday at least for the dancers, forget about what they say that we go to the house and spend time there and so on, because simply we don't know the truth.

I wanna say something, how do you know, or why are you sure that he agreed to do this in the first place? how do you know that he even agreed to do one show? did we hear him say it? it was just media talk and this said that and so on, but we never heard Michael saying anything in an interview.

If you asked me why i say that he was forced, because i studied his mannerisms and i looked into the details of what happened and to me nothing showed that he was enthusiastic about this or even wanted to do it, he was sad and you can see it clearly and it's enough what happened at the conference when Tohme was trying to touch his hands, Michael pushed himself away and clearly didn't want to be there, that's why he behaved strangely for what i mentioned in my previous posts.

In my opinion he was trapped, look again at the contract if this is the real one then i am pretty sure that he was forced and trapped into this situation, two major mistakes that tells you something is wrong with it and then other mistakes that once again tells you that Michael wouldn't agree to them.

What is the trap or how did they trap him? here is how from what i saw totally ignoring what they said i am basing my opinion to what really happened.
Tohme signed the deal on behalf of Michael without him knowing, since he has all the power to do that, given to him by Michael himself. In the contract Tohme is stated as an attorney which is not true, and the signatures on the last page that are supposedly to Michael are forged because they are not the same and it's so obvious, look at the last page again. These are two fatal mistakes that makes you wonder, and then there is a condition that gives the company the right to everything Michael owns if he didn't fulfill his obligations including his Neverland Ranch, Michael would never agree to that if they need a guarantee he would give it to them but he won't risk everything, it doesn't make sense. But it does sound familiar, they wanted his house and they wanted his catalog and here they can have it legally and they knew that he wouldn't fulfill his obligations because they will make sure that he won't. It's the perfect plan. This is one side of the trap, when Michael saw this contract there was nothing he can do, because legally and according to the law Tohme represents him and thus he can sign and close deals on his behalf and to the court there is nothing that could be done, to them he agreed to whatever Tohme did, and don't underestimate this guy, he was there for a reason. The other side of the trap is that if he didn't do the shows according to the contract AEG can easily sue him and they will win and he will loose everything. Perfect, he is trapped and there is nothing he can do about this situation.

You would think that logically if Michael would do a comeback, he would do that with his new album along with his hit songs, but his new album would be the main thing, he finished it and everything why wouldn't he comeback all new, and that's logic and Michael knows that, why would he give his critics the chance to say that he has no new songs and he is living on the shadow of his fame, bla bla,,, even if he will make new effects and everything, why wouldn't he do it along with the new album and it will be a real shocker when it happens, what? fans wouldn't go?, an all new Michael, is one with new music and new everything combined with his hit songs and that would make the ultimate comeback. If i finished my newest album why wouldn't i use it? a simple question.

This was part 1 of the plan, now the second was to make sure that he won't fulfill his obligations and that they will win at the end. How would this be done?, simply by making him disappear but they have to act all innocent and caring,,,etc.
They planted people in his life so that they would use them as witnesses afterwards to tell the world that he was fine on one side and on the other telling the world that he was broke and addicted and AEG and co came to the rescue!!! and that what happenedTohme made sure that everyone would believe that Michael was broke so badly that he needed these shows to compensate, and of course as we have established that this is totally wrong because Michael has too many businesses other than singing and he generated money continually without the need of even working, how did he live before AEG?!!, the catalogue is enough, but he also have a hotel, companies,,,,,,,etc, there was a complete list here. So, common sense says that he can't go that broke or even close to being broke just like that. And then they convinced everyone that he was an addict and they were the ones helping him by keeping Murray with him!!, Murray was nothing more than an eye on him along with the others, we wondered why would he take for example Karen Faye back although he fired her and survived years without her, why would he bring her? he didn't they did, so she could be one of those planted witnesses that will make the people believe that she cares and love him so much and make AEG look guilty with stupid allegations that will make everyone say that she's crazy and move away, what proves is a question one member asked, why did she take money from them if she was so angry at them for hurting Michael? and why would she be on their list of credits at the end of the movie? you would think if she was that angry she would've actaully stood against them and never accepted anything from them, she is a distraction.

Then boom Michael disappeared, and they made sure to plant one of their good men there, John Branca who is working with a fake will, and amazingly he wasn't even Michael's attorney at anytime close to the 25th and or any stage, there was another lawyer and you'll find his name in the case of Allgood and Sheik Al Zaid, and it's definately not John Branca, and he is their man inside.

Kathrine at first wanted to see the contract didn't like or trust Branca neither she nor anyone and no it's not because they want money but because where is anything that proves that he has any legal representation to Michael, where is the updated will? why is he working with a will that was executed the same year he was fired? and if he is the attorney as he claims, where is the letter that Michael sent to him telling that he represents him?, Kathrine then all of a sudden shuts up for a reason, that when they knew that Michael is in real danger.

There is a lot more to say, but enough for now, i am not trying to be dramatic or anything but everything that happened points to one direction if you connected the events.

What happened is not a game and it's no joke, this is big.

And please take into consideration that am not trying to force my opinion onto anyone, and i read this contract with a lawyer and he helped me understand alot, he told me this contract has a big question mark to it's authenticity.

At the end of the day sony wins and he looses

of course i don't have all the answers but there is an explanation as to why they would leave him in captivity, simply because they need him. He is the one who knows where his work is and his plans and projects and everything, and he has that touch that makes everything great, and if they killed him they wouldn't be able to do anything without him because they know it will not be the same and i have no doubt that there is a financial reason as well. Since that weird deal with sony appeared in the air, the kids videos were starting to circulate and they are so private and the family isn't doing something about it, what came to my mind immediately is that they are threatening him with his children by exposing them, because they know how much he hates that, at the beginning no news came out and then after a while they released the news about releasing new songs in Nov, and they are so sure and confirming, so i asked myself why didn't they announce that before?, the only logical thing is either they have the hard drive or they have Michael, and if they have the HD they would have announced it earlier, yeah they will kill him but after they no longer need him and the trick is for Michael to keep playing along with them and makes them wants him and sure the family are putting pressure that if they did anything to him they are going to expose them. Latoya hinted something of that nature when she said that the new deal with sony is bad because the kids won't get anything from it, even if she is not trustworthy you need to put her words into consideration. Of course that's how i think it goes again because of the events, but what i know is they need him to generate money because without him they won't be able to do anything, and he is the one who has the future plans, i hope you get what i mean.

in 2006................> he asks sony for help (again heros image) to SECURE the LOAN which is already secured!!!! 
WHY WOULD HE DO THAT?!!!, the bank already has a collateral which is the catalog, which generates millions and is worth more than the loan itself, so where exactly does sony fit in this picture?!!!!! 

The other part which is more funnier, is that Michael voluntarily offered sony to buy half of his share for a fixed price at anytime which is definately lower than the real price, because he was desperate!!!!! why would he need sony in this and why would any sane person do that, he is sacrificing his catalog to them, 


The Jackson estate and Sony have held talks about whether the company will again guarantee a refinancing of the debt backed by Mr. Jackson's Sony/ATV stake. If it won't, the estate could be forced to sell its stake in Sony/ATV at a steep discount, though that would still generate enough cash to wipe out the Barclays loan with hundreds of millions to spare. But Sony may have an incentive to reach a deal on refinancing, because buying out Mr. Jackson's estate would require it to pay hundreds of millions of dollars for an asset it already effectively controls.

What was this loan for in the first place?!!!, they don't say. That's what am talking about SONY EITHER WAYS WIN< THIS IS AN ASSET THEY ALREADY CONTROL 

All of this stands in stark contrast to the state of affairs when Mr. Jackson died. Despite being poised for what was heralded as a major comeback concert series, his finances were in shambles and he was unable to meet some of his most basic financial obligations.

Where is the proof, that he is broke?!! only their words

Among the unpaid bills at the time of his death, Mr. Jackson had not paid $341,000 to Thomas Mesereau, the lawyer who successfully defended him against charges of child molestation in 2005. That bill and many other creditors' claims, including invoices from several other law firms, have now been paid.

Again WTH?!! Someone has been sabotaging his finances for a long time because no way Michael would leave all of this build up and risk EVERYTHING, here comes TOHME and CO. 

The singer was also months behind on utility bills for his longtime family home in Encino, Calif., where his mother, Katherine, now lives with his three children, along with the children of two of his brothers. The Los Angeles Department of Water and Power, owed nearly $9,000, was threatening to disconnect service. AT&T Inc. was owed $1,300.

All of this and he didn't do anything about it risking everything, including his home , it doesn't make sense. TOHME anyone?

More troubling, Mr. Jackson had fallen behind on the payments for a $5 million IndyMac loan secured by the house. The property was scheduled to enter foreclosure the day after Mr. Jackson died. A nearby condominium, four months behind on loan payments and homeowners' dues, was also threatened with foreclosure, according to people familiar with the matter. Mr. Jackson's representatives have now paid off those loans.

Coincidence!!!!!, he is that poor that he is taking loans worth millions from everywhere, and putting his home as collateral risking losing it for good, and coincidentally this happens to be due one day after he is gone, how can this ever make sense?!!!! why would he risk his house?!!!!!, The funny thing is that they want to convince us that this was for personal expenses, that he went crazy .

Mr. Jackson was living in a rented mansion in Holmby Hills, a ritzy neighborhood near Bel Air, covering his sizable personal overhead with a $35 million cash advance from AEG Live, the concert promoter that was planning to stage his London concerts. That loan, too, has been repaid.

BS, As if they are creating bogus loans out of thin air to justify taking money from the estate, a.k.a stealing it, legally and the family has to shut up because supermen like them are innocently helping him. Can you see where this is going?!!!

Mr. Jackson's debts were spiraling out of control in other ways, too. A loan backed by Mijac carried a crushing 16.5% interest rate, to be paid out of royalties generated by the company. When the royalty payments fell short of the towering cost of servicing the debt, any unpaid interest was piled on to the principal. As a result, by the time of his death, the Mijac loan had reached $75 million, with $11 million due in annual interest, which was several million dollars more than the catalog was generating annually. The loan has now been refinanced with an interest rate of less than 4%. And thanks to increased album sales since Mr. Jackson's death and a new deal for public-performance royalties, the catalog is generating enough cash to pay off the refinanced loan a little more than a year from now.

Crazy Michael, even took a loan again WHY?!!!! and now the collateral is his MIJAC catalog, so he risked everything and he was about to loose everything but he didn't thanks to him being gone and the amazing SUPERMEN in his life who cared for him so much.......am so speechless right now, sorry 

Looking to raise cash Mr. Jackson had planned, then scrapped, an auction of most of his personal effects from Neverland, his 2,600-acre ranch near Santa Barbara. In 2008, after he had defaulted on a $24.5 million loan backed by the ranch itself, the property was spared from foreclosure when Colony Capital LLC, a Los Angeles real-estate investment firm, bought the note and put the property into a joint venture with Mr. Jackson. That venture is structured in such a way that Colony is responsible for the ranch's overhead, maintenance and tax costs.

LIES!!! he only wanted to sell few stuff that he didn't want that's why he filed a lawsuit against the auctions house for them planning on SELLING AS HE SAID "PRICELESS AND IRREPLACABLE ITEMS" SAYING THAT THE OPERATION IS MALICIOUS,FRAUDLENT, EXTREME, OUTRAGOUS WITHOUT ANY LEGAL JUSTIFICATION WHAT SO EVER"
He won the case and saved his stuff that TOHME was gonna sell behind his back.

If the property is sold, Colony is entitled to recover its costs, including the $24.5 million is paid to take over the busted loan, with the majority of the additional proceeds going to Mr. Jackson's estate. People with knowledge of the situation say that because of logistical issues, Neverland is unlikely to be converted into a public attraction like Elvis Presley's Graceland, making a sale the most likely outcome, though it doesn't appear imminent.

I think this one is obvious, and again Colony wins.

I never said that they are stealing his assets using the AEG contract after his death, never ever said or meant that.

Will: Like i said who knows what happened, but the authenticity of it is definitely under question since Michael wasn't already in the same place and the witnesses don't remember when exactly was it signed or where, there was a whole thread about this and it was proven that there was a big question mark about the will and that's one of the main reasons that make me feel uneasy about Branca, especially that it has been proven that Michael wasn't in the same place and that's big.

Death: the car crash, he has a driver's license and he could have driven himself, and since he hasn't drive for a long time it will make sense that he crashes or whatever and he doesn't have to kill anyone with him, drowning would be great as well and he will die alone at this, at least no one will wonder what's the reason and who did it, because actually it will be an accident and the case would have been closed long time ago, the same with the car crash. And to many if not all TII doesn't deny the addiction because they will say and most of them already do say, that this activity is due to the drugs effect but because it was too much he collapsed, just can't see that he would choose addiction or overdosing out of all the things, especially if you want this case to be closed quickly, for once and for all. If you are hiding or running away it would make sense that you want to do something that won't bring much attention or speculation.

Peter Lopez: it was reported that he is an entertainment lawyer and that he said that he has information regarding who killed Michael and will reveal it and then his death happened. I am still checking this because you know it's not easy to find information, and even if he worked with him only for 2 years or so, he would still know about the problems and what happened behind closed doors and he would know more than most, he might not have the final answer but he sure knows something and if this was proven then his death speak volumes about this case.

Sony Contract: All the events prove that he didn't want to work with them and the timeline clarifies this. He said the following and i quote "...companies take advantage of them" all the time he held the $ONY KILLS MUSIC thing, no he wasn't talking about Tommy Mottola alone but SONY and this speaks volumes. I am quoting word by word and you can double check just to make sure. SO, in summary, he owed them one album which is a box set containing 2 new songs and he did it, King Of Pop album which is a box set and contained 2 new songs "we've had enough and Got the hots" so he did fulfill his obligations and this only makes you see that there is a fraud happened and sony wasn't willing to let go. "...i can do the box set and give them just any 2 songs..""..so I AM LEAVING SONY, A FREE AGENT.."......> this shows to you that he was leaving them and he thought he was leaving them, i am leaving sony, shows that he was leaving them now instantly. Free agent shows that he was ready to work alone, and that's not a problem, many artists, top ones in my country left their publishing companies and are working alone, and they are actually doing better than when they were with them, like i said yes he will pay alot of money for production, but he will gain them back with full profits and that is better than sharing them with anyone, plus he will be in control for the royalties of his work and that's better and that is why he made a company in 2001 or so, so he could start working. Catalog: still plays an important role in this conspiracy and since i believe that Branca is their man, they have full control over it. After what i said about sony above, i don't believe that Branca cares, because if he cared and if he is really doing Michael's wishes, he would have never signed a new contract with sony out of all companies, why not warner that has the MIJAC catalog which would make a little more sense and why not Michael's company itself, what's funny about this contract is that they will re-release old songs with a bunch of demos and a couple new songs, which only shows that they just wanna cash in as much as they can from him no matter what.

Keeping him alive: if they still need him because of artistic stuff like i believe, they will sure lock him up in a place that has everything, a place that has a studio, thus they won't have to move him around because that will be a big mistake. And after they are done with him they will kill him and we will never know. Sony sure has places like these that has studios and is fully equipped.

Will: You know, we will never know what happened with the witnesses but was remarkable is that they were confused, you would see that if they are dealing with this case properly the judge would have at least checked the family claims about the will's authenticity but that never happened, the situation is hanging and that's not normal, and that also make me believe more that there is something wrong with this will, another thing according the timeline Branca met with Michael allegedly 8 days only before the incident, so you would think that this is not enough time for Branca to take over all the work, especially that they will be concentrating on the TII project and so on, so either ways he wouldn't have the latest will, not enough time, plus don't you find it funny that he has a will that is dated 2002 and that date is close to when he was fired and when he was fired he was asked to handle everything, why and how come he has the old will, and it is suspicious in itself.

Death: I don't know, i actually see it from another perspective, if he drowned or a car crash and so on, if the police closed the case people will not speculate much i mean it won't generate much interest and talk and all of that like this case, what is happening now is too much, and it's not hard actually to produce a body with the same features in both cases, at least no one will want to see it or ask to see it for obvious reasons, unlike this case. As for the revenge thing he could get his revenge in many other ways, about klein if he misdiagnosed him, i believe he could sue him easily he doesn't need to hoax his death for it, a simple question we are about to reach the second anniversary, don't you think that if this is the case revenge and so, it is taking too much especially that there is no progress, nothing is happening? it's just too much i used to believe that this was a plot to exploit the doctors and so on, but too many mistakes and nothing is happening no progress, people are about to forget this case. Lopez: it was reported, believe me am searching for it, it's as if it disappeared from the net. I remember that quite well because his name stuck in my head because of this. If i found it and proved it then this will be a great support for this theory this means that someone wanted him to shut up, i will update the information as soon as i find it. If this is true this will also tell you something that he reacted that way because he believes that he is gone, unlike his friends who are weirdly silent (like i said even if it's a hoax not everyone in his circle would know, and thus to them he is really gone and thus they have to react, but this silence is actually weird)

New songs: the new songs your talking about in 2007 and 2008 are different than the full album in Ireland. The ones in 2007 were on the net and never made it to an album, so these two things are different. At least this is what i understood, Michael wouldn't put already released songs even if illegally on a new album supposedly to be totally new, he would add them as singles or whatever but the album won't be new with already heard songs.
Branca and sony are not stupid, they won't release the new album immediately, because again it will be so obvious, so they are going to take it slow. Branca came to the picture recently so if anyone has the songs it's either the family or sony, and since they announced that they are gonna release new songs, then they are the ones who has the songs. If Branca wants to take revenge why hire them in the first place and make them benefit in the first place, why not make a deal with another company and make them loose? after all their contract with Michael ended in July 2009, so it would make sense that he would take his revenge by making them loose millions rather than making them benefit even if 1% from Michael.

Catalog: these debts are highly debatable and suspicious because am just not convinced especially the way the article summarizes them all and i sat down and calculated and read and revised something is off, Michael is a good businessman he wouldn't go that deep, even if he needs loan he would be reasonable but these loans exceed the 500 mill and that's just too much knowing that he is risking the catalog, the house, the MIJAC catalog, don't you find this is rather suspicious almost everything he owns are risked for him to lose, and his enemies wanted these things all along so a big question mark concerning these loans.
The catalog, that's the illusion, to us and the public the estate benefits from it while actually they won't take a penny except few very few, because of the what so called loans, and who gets the money sony, because they are the ones who secured the so called loan, that's what i meant when i said either ways they are benefiting from it, they don't need to sell it now because they control itin the way that i mentioned.
The offers, you would never know what happened, could be that they reached an agreement that since warner has the MIJAC catalog and they already profit from it, then sony would take this deal, you know businessmen always have deals like that. I believe that any company would want Michael's work especially after the incident because as you saw the profits hit the roof and any company would win and won't lose. Michael didn't want sony, so why add 7 whole years to it.

I agree with you about the media, they take their orders from above. CNN could have continued at least following the case the trial, the will,,etc, they just stopped at the beginning actually at the very beginning and that's to me is suspicious.

About Rev.Al Sharpton and so on, i don't believe they are good friends either, but even for their image and fame they would be all over the place shouting justice and they will gain the fame and support of the MJ community, so even if this is the case it would help them to speak up but they are not, weird silence.
About the kids am pretty they mess him already and they actually look sad, something is off with them not like when MJ was around them all the time. If what i say is true, the kids wouldn't know that their daddy is in danger and they are threatened, the threats would be towards the family and they will tell the kids something like he is working and he has to be there and we will just visit him from time to time, you know this sweet talk but they wouldn't threaten the children not directly.

Michael bought the ATV catalogue and had full ownership in 1985 for 47.5 million.
In 1995 He merged with sony and received 95 million.

So Far everything is fine so let’s go from 2001 and what happened and how things went down, the conspiracy like Michael said even on the television they said to an expert can’t you see that they are doing all of this for the catalogue?!!

2001:

-He borrowed 200 million from the bank of America putting half of his catalogue (25%) as collateral
Why he took the loan? Two scenarios, one would be he needed cash for his work (invincible) and that’s normal in the industry and after the releases and everything it would be easily paid, no big deal.
Another one would be his manger at the time (Branca) took that loan and Michael found himself trapped,( before defending Brancayou’re gonna see why this scenario could have happened along the time, please continue reading this explains everything so well)

-Like the you’ve seen in the above quotes and as it is known sony purposely destroyed his album, it’s like they found a chance to break him down, sony wanted his share of the catalogue and his catalogue and they pressured him so bad for it.

-During this year Michael knew 100% that he was going to get the licenses and royalties back from the masters of all his albums, but that never happened.

2003:

-He asked Roger Friedman to check the situation and he told him that the contract has clauses and the release date was years to come somewhere between 5 to 8 years.

-He wanted his stuff because he was going to be a free agent like he always wished for and everyone agree that he would have the right to promote and keep all the profits to himself. (business wise that’s the best)

-At the time Michael found out that Branca represented him and sony at the same time (no, they weren’t false information, they just couldn’t prove it, he is a lawyer and he would know who to secure himself legally otherwise he would be stupid, not being able to prove it just doesn’t mean that he didn’t do it, that’s a whole different thing and you’re gonna see why in a minute and what made Michael actually fire him am just going on by the timeline so keep reading)

-At the time also sony thought that since his album was destroyed and had problems, the case, that he would sell the catalogue, but he didn’t.

In 2001 also, Michael wrote a song for 9/11 (what more can I give, was released after the 25th ), and sony refused to release it and that’s when Michael started his rage against them, he just had enough, they didn’t want him to work.

June 2002, he was in New York and other places touring a campaign against sony and mottolla, and this was supposed to be the same time that the will was written and signed!!!. You can check that.

By the end of 2002, Martin Bashir entered his life and this guy’s brother in law is the personal driver for Tommy Mottolla.(coincidence? No)

January 2003, Mottolla was fired or that what we were lead to believe

February 2003, documentary airs

November 2003, Michael got arrested.

During the case sony took control of everything and they kept on re-releasing old music and limiting the work.

They released Unbreakable in Europe only, despite the fact that they know that loan was due to 2005 and Michael needed the sales to go on but they didn’t do that, don’t you find it funny that the case ended exactly during the year that the loan was due?!!(Coincidence? No)

2001 (invincible)……2003(No ones) and allegations……2004 (ultimate collection which was supposed to be Resurrection a new album, sony cancelled it!!!)…..2005 (again the essential MJ) and his acquittal (all of these didn’t do that well because the fans already had those songs so the sales decreased gradually)

2005:

-The loans had to be payed and they knew how to keep Michael busy with the case like I said even on television they said that this was suspicious, the loans had to be paid to the point that the authorities went to make foreclosure on his properties!!!

-March 2005: Mark Schaffel filed a lien on Neverland claiming that Michael borrowed 3 million from him, at the time Neverland was worth more than 20 million, so are you kidding me?

-April 2005:

His group of lawyers and advisors lead and includes Branca (that’s the interesting part) told Michael we had a deal so he can pay the loans.

The deal: Michael sells his catalogue, in return all his debts would be payed and he would end up with 10 million.!!!

Remember Branca was there and he actually offered Michael to sell his share, that’s what sony wants. (coincidence? No)

The math: the loan was estimated 272 mill
So they actually wanted him to sell it for about 290 mill, he pays of the loan and Branca takes his 5% commission!!! (it was the perfect time to offer such a deal to Michael because he was tired and they thought he was gonna agree) (it was mentioned in the televison about this deal, wall street expert said it also, so it’s true information, mentioned on the economic news, because that’s when the reporter said all this was because of the catalogue)

-Michael refused the deal and he called Branca a CONSPIRATOR and he fired him (I think now this proves enough that Branca is with sony and there is doubt about it, if he was so honest and good why would Michael fire him in the time he needed someone honest the most, it’s not safe to have many mangers seeing through your stuff, so logical wise he wouldn’t fire someone he trusts, that’s why he was fired because Michael had enough proof that he was with sony, otherwise why would he offer him such a deal)

-December 2005:

Bank of America sold the loan to fortress investments which as a result they foreclosed and took the Catalogue (Michael’s share and his entire MiJac company which Michael had since 1993) This deal granted sony 25% of the catalogue since this company held them responsible for it to guarantee the profits, hence the loan (Michael owns it but sony controls it), Now sony controls 75% of the catalogue (Michael was out of the US at the time)

2006:

-All of a sudden it was announced that Michael had a deal with sony to get out of debt

-Sony all of a sudden said they secured the other 25% aka securing the loan aka helping, while the real situation is they made Michael take another 300 million as a loan and put the 25% that he still controls as collateral for it!!!! 

The total now is 500 million dollars as a loan after it was 272 million.

Whether Michael agreed to this deal or not it remains mysterious why he would increase his debt (conspiracy? Like he said always)

-June 27th 2006: Michael started a company called The MJ Company and it was for resurrecting his personal and business affairs and the McMillan firm became responsible for his affairs, specifically Londell McMillan (lawyer)

-California authorities closed Neverland and ordered Michael to close it and put fine on it because the property was not maintained.

That’s the catalogue story and how the loans build up and how the conspiracy was going on, Michael was never broke, he and Prince AlWaleed had the Kingdom Entertainment company which was involved in theme parks, hotels, animation, feature films, characters licensing, merchandising and many other things and they acquired 55% of Landmark pictures, so this is huge business, and all of this was combined with other things that Michael already do.

His managers and I don’t know if he even had a manager after Branca before Tohme, it wasn’t mentioned, he was kept in the dark about his stuff, just like he said on the tapes, this was a perfect plan.

The thing is the contract with sony was ending on July 2009 and he would take his royalties in 2011 and sony didn't want that and the incident happened June 25th 2009, this is no coincidence, and yet the loans are not paid, and Michael wouldn’t name Branca an executer for his will and trust him with his estate after what Branca did, which proves more and more that this will is fake and the family has every right to not trust him, for obvious reasons.

I recommend you to watch the Jesse Jackson interview with Michael, Michael on 60 minutes interview, Geraldo interview, listen to the tape again about Tohme, revisit this things because they are revealing.

That’s why am sure he is in danger, because I don’t believe in coincidences, they filmed the rehearsals with HD cameras because they knew not Michael they knew that he wasn’t gonna make it because they will make sure this happened, Michael didn’t go to the rehearsals like he usually does and there was doubles because of that, he didn’t want to do it, and enough what Randy Philips has said, enough that Michael has said like billions of times that he never wanted to tour again, and i believe him and like the guy said he had money so he wasn't broke to the extent that he would be poor if he didn't tour, this tour was a set up like i mentioned before part of the trap, Tohme signed the contract and Michael found himself forced into the situation that’s why am sure.

It's not the easiest way, because Michael has too many resources that they could work on or whatever to pay off the debt but selling the catalog although he knows quite well that sony wants this, i mean come on even Michael found it suspicious and fired him for it.This offer would make sense if Michael was poor and has nothing to pay except the catalog and there is no way out, but Michael has many ways out if they really worked on them rather than selling a precious asset with a very cheap price.
